This week was a very busy week... mainly because of all the school work.... :P... But anyway... wanna wish  HAPPY BIRTHDAY  to Liwen & Samantha (1st August) and Yuan Ting (3rd August)!!!!!  Lol... This week there were so many ppl's birthday.

 

On wed, Karen, Dickson, Wei Ling, Terri Ann and me celebrated Liwen's Birthday together after school. We went to Bugis and ate dinner together. It had been quite long since I met Karen they all... As usual, we chat and updated each other of our school life. I was quite surprised to hear Dickson was learning driving now, but do wish him all the best and hope to sit in his car soon...  haha... It was quite an interesting day, at least can forget about the stressful school life now... I guess the next time we meet again would be on Teacher's Day. Hope to see more ppl also on tat day, especially Joyce!!! (though quite impossible, but really hope to see Grace there too...  lol)

It has been so long since I wrote an entry... lol... anyway... I am very busy now, with all the revision and the A'lvl approaching... I am totally stressed out... After seeing how badly I had done for my Mid-year Exams.. I decided to stay in school for Night Study every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, staying till 9pm then go home. I hope this will help me for my A'lvl.

 

Now, talk about something which makes me feel damn excited. Haha.. That is my sister is pregnant!!! I am going to be UNCLE LE!!!! My sis was engaged 2 years ago and this year June, she held her wedding dinner. Haha.. my sis has been pregnant for about 3 months liao, so about next year Jan I will officially be Uncle Eric. Lol... I can sense my parents are very excited as well, they are even hoping that the baby will be born on 1st Jan, then can get some freebies from the Hospital, then also talk about who should take care of the baby etc...

 

I hope the baby will be a baby boy.. but also not my baby, so shouldn't care so much about it, as long as the baby is healthy will be fine. So currently this is the only thing that will make me very happy among all the stressful homework. :D Also wish everyone good luck for the coming A'lvls!!!!!!!!!!!

Today ended school at 12.30pm. When I am about to board the bus and take the 1 hour bus ride home, Karen called me asking me whether we (Liwen, Wei Ling, Me) wanna eat steamboat or not since Karen and Dickson ended school early today too since their teacher canceled their tutorial and they haven't eaten our favourite steamboat for a long time. It was such a coincidence that Liwen and Wei Ling were studying together in school today, hence I went to find them.

 

We went to Parkway and met up with Karen and Dickson. While eating, we started recalling the events that had happened during our Secondary School life. Wei Ling could not remember Erick Tan being in her class during Sec 1 & 2, which I was quite shocked by it. Then Wei Ling, Liwen and Dickson started recalling who were in their class during Sec 1 & 2 and the teachers that taught them. Then events such as the "Romeo & Juliet" act during literature in Sec 2 was brought up and they were talking about their different roles which were very funny. Then started talking about Sec 3 - 4 life. Its pretty interesting to recall all these memories once in a while and have a good laugh at those stupid things that we had done.

 

After that, we went to the Mcdonalds and started doing our homework. It had also been a long time since we gathered and do homework together, remembering those O'levels days where we form study groups. Eventually, we all went home at 6pm.

 

I guess everyone is busy with their JC life now that we seldom stay in contact with your ex-classmates. After today's meeting, I feel like meeting up with the others such as Joyce, Erick, Nata, Jin Yuan etc (Especially Grace). Hope to meet them real soon.

 

 

This entry was supposed to be added last Friday, but I was too lazy. Anyway, too many things had occured last Friday.

 

Firstly, we had gotten back our Project Work grades. After working so hard for 1 year, we had finally gotten back our results. For NYJC, there is only 3% who have gotten an 'A'. For my class, there was no one who had gotten an 'A'. There were 4 'B's (One of them was in my Project Work group, Xue Ting, WELL DONE!!!). The rest of the class had gotten a 'C', which includes me. To be honest, I am quite happy with my grade since I expected something worse than a 'C'. Hence, I wasn't as sad as some of my classmates, who had worked really hard but just did not pay off.

 

After that whole event, I met with my ex-classmates to go and support our friend, Wei Ling, who would be perfoming for the NYJC Choir Concert, Appassionata.

 

The concert would be starting at 8pm, hence I met with with Liwen first and stayed in school to finish our homework since we ended our school at 3.30pm. After that, we went to Potong Pasir and met up with Terri-Ann at 6.15pm and then went to City Hall together to eat our dinner at Raffles City. We were very rushed because we wanted to be seated in the Victoria Concert Hall early (around 7.30pm) to get a good seat. Hence, we dined at Burger King and even order in advance for Karen and Dickson Chew(Though I forgot to buy for Dickson since I didn't read my SMS properly, VERY SORRY). Both of them arrived at about 7.15pm and since we were going to be late, Karen just put her order into her bag and the 5 of us bought roses, planning to give them to Wei Ling, and managed to take a taxi and arrived at the place at around 7.45pm.

 

Fortunately, we could still managed to get quite a good seat. There were many people from CCHMS whom I knew had came too, such as Jian Hao, Chun Chen, Dickson Sim, Lin Hui etc. When the concert had started, we soon spotted Wei Ling. Terri-Ann and I commented that she looked quite fat in her outfit, which we told her after that and she was quite pissed. Lol. Anyway, the concert was quite interesting and I had enjoyed it very much.

 

Soon after the concert had ended at around 9.45pm, we waited for Wei Ling to finish packing all her stuffs and then the 6 of us went to Marina Square's Mcdonalds to eat (Only Wei Ling, Terri-Ann and Dickson ate). We chatted along the way about the performance and some other stuffs.

 

Eventually, it was 11pm already and it was time to go home. Wei Ling took a bus home, Terri-Ann and Liwen took the MRT while Karen, Dickson and I wanted to take a taxi home. We went to the taxi stand outside Raffles City but there were too little taxis available, mostly were on calls. While queuing, I also saw one of the Biology Teacher, Mr Gary Neo, who happened to walked pass the queue and we saw each other and waved. I was quite shocked to see him though. Anyway, we eventually gave up the idea of taking a taxi home and went to take the MRT home instead.

 

By the time I reached home, it was already 12.15am. I was totally drained. Anyway, that day was quite fun since it was like a mini reunion with my ex-classmates (it would be great if Joyce and Grace Tjin were there too).

I havent been feeling well since Friday.  I had fever and diarrhoea the whole day. It suxs man. It was a holiday and I was feeling sick. (I was wondering maybe I had done too many sinful stuffs, hence on Good Friday, when Jesus sacrifices himself on the cross for our sins, I am "cleansing" my sins through this illness).
